Alston, Sr. and Jane "Dede" Durfee Alston; his wife Marilyn Gevry Alston; his sons, Barrett (Jessica) of Manchester and Tyler (Devon); his grandson Wesley of Oxford; and his siblings, Cynthia Alston Davis (Gary Mangus), William Alston and Jeffrey Alston (Shannon). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, cousins, in-laws and dear friends.
