He is survived by: his wife Debra Lizotte (Bembenek); his children, Cole Lizotte of O'Fallon, IL and Caeli Lizotte of Vancouver, Canada; his mother Linda Lizotte (Clarke) of Auburn; his stepchildren, Sophia of Webster and Anthony Thomas of Webster; his sisters, Justine Caron (Patrick) of Newton, NH and Kirsten Camarra (Jonathan) of Worcester; his nieces, Alexia and Dante Camarra; his nephew Sofie Caron; and his mother-in-law Barbara Bembenek of Webster.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and at 4:00 PM at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel (370 Plantation St, Worcester, MA 01605).
