He is survived by: his parents, Ryszard Kokosinski and Ursula Kokosinski (Nowak) of Dudley; his sisters, Agnes Rubin (Mark) of Webster and Elizabeth Kokosinski of Webster; his siblings' children, Alexandra, Andrew, Alan and Abigail; and his aunts, Anna Kokosinska, Theresa Lach and Ewa Kokosinska.

The family requests that flowers be omitted and instead donations in his memory be made to Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street, Webster, MA 01570.
