She was predeceased by: her father Delbert McCullough; and her brother Mike McCullough. She is survived by: her mother Shirley McCullough; her husband Steve; her daughters, Katherine Ann (Raz Galian) and Kristina Nicole (Jack Wolff); her granddaughters, Laleh Ann and Kaia Scott Galian; her siblings, Mary (Mark Witherall), Jack McCullough (Lynn) and Jim McCullough; and her sister-in-law Cathy McCullough. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
