It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine C. Dunn of Wellesley, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 8, 2026, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Catherine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Catherine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Catherine leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederic E. Clayton and Mary C. Clayton (Kelley); her brothers, Joseph P. and Francis E. Clayton; and her former husband Joseph Dunn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Hill (Richard) of Wellesley and Patricia Grey (Richard) of Los Angeles; her grandsons, James (Katherine), Timothy (Taryn) and Frederic Hill; and her husband Joe. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
