She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Chekas and Martha Chekas; and her sister Valerie of Middlebury, CT.. She is survived by: her daughter Brooke; her husband Harunk, Jr. of Norwood, MA; and her sisters, Stavroula Chekas of Southbury, CT and Penny (Monty Ireland) of Waltham, MA. She is also survived by numerous loving in-laws, nieces, and nephews, as well as many longtime friends.
