She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. Fagan. She is survived by: her children, Pauline M. Fagan (late Paul Outen) of Co, Kildare, Joseph A. Fagan Jr. of Wellesley, Marie Carnegie of Stoughton and Anne K. Fagan (Miguel Ramos) of Natick; her grandchild Kian Ramos Fagan of Natick; and her brothers, James and Thomas Berney of Ireland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
