She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Johnston and Shirley A. Johnston. She is survived by: her siblings, John (Judy), Susan, Anne, Craig, Mark (Sarah) and Emily. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, five great nieces and one great nephew.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Erica's memory to support FTD research and care under Dr. Mike Erkkinen, Brigham and Women's Hospital (http://www.bwhgiving.org) or Paws with a Cause (http://www.pawswithacause.org).
