He is survived by: his wife Patricia Brown (McCarthy); his children, Nathaniel Brown (Caitlin), Meridith Welch (Mark Fine) of Newton, MA. and Heather Welch (Jason Murphy) of Southboro, MA.; his grandchildren, Nora, Rowan Fine, Colin, Elisabeth, Neve Murphy, Emmett and Cora Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jane Lukas and Robert (Dianne McCarthy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
