It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Vergetis of Wellesley, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrios and Ifigenia; his wife Anna (Christakis); his siblings, John (Vasiliki), Theodore (Maria), Haralambos (Theodora), Dionisios (Katerina), Vasiliki (Kostas) and Maria; and his siblings-in-law, George Christakis, John and Katerina.
He is survived by: his children, James (Pamela) and Effie Luzaitis (Mark); his grandsons, William, Alex and George Luzaitis; his siblings-in-law, Peter, Francis Christakis, Lambrini, Demetra Christakis, Panagiota Velisari (late Aleko) and Panayotis Bennos; and his friends, Costa and Katerina Sioras. He is also survived by his family and his many friends.
