He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Sheehan (Kiley). He is survived by: his son Daniel Robert Sheehan of West Harrison; his father Robert D. Sheehan, Sr.; his siblings, Rosemary Morse (Eric) of Phippsburg, Maine, Regina Leonard (Paul) of Hingham and Richard Sheehan (Solveig (Tveite)) of Weymouth; his close friend BettyAnn Colombo; and his former wives, Catharine Sullivan (Rowles) and Deirdre Catucci. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Burke Funeral Home (56 Washington St, Wellesley, MA 02481). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint John the Evangelist Church (9 Glen Rd, Wellesley, MA 02481).
Bob was recognized by the American Cancer Society and WLIW Public Television for the charitable contributions and community service efforts of both he and his team.
