He is survived by: his former wife Winifred Mary Sereicikas of Casmir's Church; his son David Alfred Carl; his wife Lou Ann Burgess of Falmouth; his grandchildren, Lindsay Bower (Jacob Bower) of Mountain Top, Timothy Carl of Mountain Top, Jacob Burgess Carl (Nicole Bourgant) of Mashpee and Hannah Burgess Carl of Falmouth, Massachusetts.; his great grandchildren, Ava Carl Parkinson of Falmouth and Elwyn Bower of Mountain Top, Pennsylvania.; and his sisters, Betty Moffitt of Southbridge and Carolyn Gibbons of Clinton, Massachusetts..
