She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Driscoll. She is survived by: her friend Mary Lou; her husband John "Jack" Collins; her children, Kimberly and Michael; her granddaughter Courtney; her son-in-law Donny; and her sister Mary. She is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
