We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2025, Marilyn J. (McLaughlin) Gaitane of West Boylston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive McLaughlin and Lawrence; her husband Richard N. Gaitane; and her brothers, David and Sidney McLaughlin.
She is survived by: her children, Richard G. Gaitane of Worcester, Matthew J. Gaitane (Amy) of East Wareham and Amy M. Gaitane of Randolph, NJ; her sister Cherlyn Cariglio of Auburn; her grandchildren, Matthew J. and Hailee M. Gaitane; her pet Penny; and her in-laws, Lorraine (Gaitane) and William Haddad. She is also survived by 3 nephews and 2 nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church of Auburn (128 Central St, Auburn, MA 01501). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Elder Services of Worcester at 67 Millbrook Street #100.
