He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Susan M. Taylor (Collins); his sons, Eric Taylor (Kathleen) of Sacramento, CA, Christopher Taylor of Carlsbad, CA and Matthew Taylor of Worcester; his sister Lory Taylor of Warren, R. I.; his granddaughter Madison Taylor; his stepgrandson Glen Nelson; and his parents, Robert G. Taylor, Sr. and Shirley Baillargeon (Vallee).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in his honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
