He was predeceased by: his parents, Brenda Allen Cummings of Granby and Robert Harley Cummings of South Hadley; his former wife Denise Padykula (Blanchette) of South Hadley; RoseMarie Cardin. He is survived by: his close friend Janice Cardin; his daughters, Debbie Guertin (Norman) of South Hadley and Peggy Feilen (David Phaneuf) of Springfield; his granddaughters, Courtney, Taylor Guertin and Melissa Feilen; his sisters, Priscilla Frece (John) of Annapolis, MD and Janet Smith (Larry) of Jamestown, RI; Eddie Cardin, Samantha, Danny, Tim, Lilah, Jacobe and Jase. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
