She is survived by: her fiancé Clarence "Butch" Smith; her former husband Dick Black; her daughter Kelsey Black; her grandchildren, Autumn Shorette and Ryder Wardwell; and her brothers, Glenn Baldwin of Illinois and Larry Bartlett of Missouri.
