She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Higgins and Wallace Higgins of South Worthington, MA; her husband James H. DeLano; and her siblings, Phyllis Myrick (Victor), Ralph Higgins (Ruby), Courtland Higgins (Joan) and Nadine Comstock (Arthur). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great nephews.
