He is survived by: his wife Gloria (Pratt); his children, Bernard Bernhardt III of Hawley, Kyle Decker (Tammy) of Heath and Georgia Cass (Robert) of Buckland; and his sister Donna Tanner (Robert) of Heath. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter.
