It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifton E. Goodwin Jr. of West Roxbury, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 27, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clifton E. Goodwin Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton E. Goodwin, Sr. and Lillian Goodwin (Porter); his wife Mary Goodwin (McDonagh); and his son Stephen Goodwin. He is survived by: his children, Brian Goodwin (Elaine) of Canton and Annie Acerra of Weymouth; his sister Janet Goodwin of Wakefield; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Timothy, Michael, Alaina, Darria Goodwin, Kylie and Nicole Acerra.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the William J. Gormley Funeral Home (2055 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Theresa of Avila Church (2078 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Clif may be made to Parkway Community YMCA, 1972 Centre Street, West Roxbury, MA 02132 (ymcaboston.org).
