He is survived by: his children, Siobhan (Patrick Keeney), Eric Fleming and Keith (Angela Fleming); his former wife Emma Fleming; his niece Laura (Joseph Lee); Frances Doherty.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William J. Gormley Funeral Home (2055 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Theresa of Avila Church (2078 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Gerard's honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or St. Joseph's Indian School.
