Joan West Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan West of West Roxbury, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Joan farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Joan is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Charles "Bill" William and Rita Teresa West (Casey); her close friends, Pauline Murray, Michael Delviscovo of Belmont, Kenneth Scirocco of Somervile and Ellen Angus of Abington; and also Shelly Jose.

Honoring Joans' wish, the gift of life was shared with four people in need of an organ donation.
