He is survived by: his daughter Beverly Kozolosky (Walter Kozlosky) of Lynn; his brother Kenneth Adams (Susan) of West Roxbury; his niece Stephanie Ghelli (Kevin); and his great-nephews, Thomas and Jacob Ghelli of Framingham.
