With solemn reverence, we commemorate John Gill of West Roxbury, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on May 23, 2026 at the age of 61, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marjorie Gill (Finn) and Jack Gill; his sons, John and Brendan Gill; the mother of his children Janet; his grandchildren, McKinli, Carter and Logan; his sisters, Jeanne Heslin (Stephen), Kathy Griffiths (Kevin), Maureen Morrison and Annmarie Durant (Michael); Charlotte. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert J. Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home (1803 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Name Church (1689 Centre St, Boston, MA 02132).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in John's memory to benefit and support EMT's furthering their education and pursuing certification as Paramedics in the city of Boston.
