He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Claire McCormack (Hoban); his children, Leo J. McCormack, Jr., Daniel C. McCormack (Sarah), Peter S. McCormack (Ruth), Maryann Facciolo (Frank) and John J. McCormack; his siblings, A. Elaine Gibbons and Paul F. McCormack; his granddaughters, Caroline, Elizabeth McCormack and Isabella Facciolo; and his parents, Daniel McCormack and Edna Agnes McCormack.
