He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Katherine "Kay" (Sarian); his children, Denise Mearn (Joe) of Westwood and Lloyd S. Sampson of Wareham; and his grandchildren, Heather Merrill (Rick), Joe Mearn (Melissa Mearn), Elizabeth, Michael, Matthew Sampson, Avery, Reagan Mearn and Levi Merrill.
