She was predeceased by : her parents, Amabile Bolzan and Giacomo Bolzan; and her spouse Merico E. Gava. She is survived by : her children, Diana Benedetti (Robert) of Canton and Roy Gava (Saloua) of Dedham; her grandchildren, Eric Gava of Las Vegas and Jillian Gava Lancaster (Christopher) of Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Chase and Cole Lancaster. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

At the age of 98 she still enjoyed driving her car to meet up with friends at Dunkin Donuts and even if it was to drive around the block to children at the local elementary school during the pandemic crisis.
