He was predeceased by: his wife Marie V. Conley (Walsh); his son Robert D. Conley, Jr.; his parents, Mary A. Conley Conley (McGrath) and George A. Conley; and his siblings, George, John "Jack", Richard "Red" Conley, Claire Begin (Conley) and Anne Sheehan (Conley).
He is survived by: his children, Katherine C. Martin (Gabriel) of Canton, Paul G. Conley (Christine) of Roslindale, Michael R. Conley and Elizabeth M. Reed (Ryan); his sister Joan Gramer (Conley) of Norwood; his grandchildren, Kevin Martin, Erin Martin (Colin Soucy), Sean Conley and Michaela Reed; and his close friend Al Celata of Roslindale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
