With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas J. Groh of West Roxbury, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eleanor J. Groh (Fichter); his children, Cynthia Damon (Paul) of East Bridgewater and James Thomas Groh; his stepson Walter C. "Wally" Steele (Amy) of Norwood; his grandchildren, Ashley Mendonca (Paul), Scott Damon (Elizabeth), Nicholas Damon (Renee), Ryan and Lauren Steele; and his great grandchildren, Leona and Maggie Mendonca.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home (376 Washington St, Brookline, MA 02445). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (5 Linden Pl, Brookline, MA 02445).
