She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Burbank and Martha Burbank (Carr); her brother Raymond Burbank; her great grandchild Naveen; and her friend George Benefito.
She is survived by: her pets, Yoshi and Shadow; her sons, John (Lakeisha) and Mike Vivenzio; and her siblings, Diana Richard, Connie Richard, Thomas Burbank, Martha Tryon and Candee Varney. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
