D'Agostino of West Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 18, 2024 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Lawsure and Yvonne Lawsure (Phaneuf); her husband Angelo; her son-in-law Mark Chase; and her sister Irene Gutowski.

She is survived by : her children, Carla Chase and Alan D'Agostino (Ellen) of Agawam; her grandchildren, Brandon, Adam Chase, Rey and Andrew D'Agostino; and her sister Edwina Hubbard (Gibby). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Colonial Forastiere Funeral & Cremation (985 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the West Springfield Public Library Memorial Fund, 200 Park St., West Springfield, MA 01089 in memory of Barbara.
