He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Chelkonas and Deborah Chelkonas. He is survived by: his husband Todd Van Gunten; his brothers, Bruce Chelkonas and Bryan Chelkonas; his sister-in-law Dianna; his niece Brianna; and his nephews, Kyle, Bruce Aaron and Nathan. He is also survived by his husband, family and close friends.
