He is survived by: his parents, Wilfrid J. Bourque and Cindy Bourque Jr. (Sutter); his daughters, Madelyn M. and Claire M. Bourque; the mother of his children Katie Bourque; his sisters, Lisa Pellegrini and Amy Bourque (Steve Scott); Abby Bourque, Andrew, Nathan Pellegrini and Max Schaetzer.
