He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Gervickas and Stella Gervickas (Shefchuk). He is survived by : his wife Kathy Gervickas (Hager); his children, Jason Gervickas and Samantha Gervickas; and his daughter-in-law Nancy. He is also survived by two grandchildren and a sister.
