She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Guerin and Germaine Guerin (Coulombe); and her brother Robert Guerin. She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Chase; her children, Elizabeth A. Chase (David Flynn), Holly L. Chase (William Brearley), Donald R. Chase (Amy) and Amy Desrosiers (Christopher); and her grandchildren, Kiley, Kate, Avery, Claire, Christopher and Carly.
