She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph B. Bouchard and Regina Bouchard (Roy); her spouse Jerry Wayne Yebernetsky; her son Gerard A. Provost, Jr.; and her siblings, Richard, Gerald, John Bouchard and Christine Shea.
She is survived by: her son Brian J. Yebernetsky of West Springfield; her sister Annette Hathaway of Feeding Hills; her daughter-in-law Sarah Provost of Supply, NC; her sister-in-law Judy Bouchard of Ware; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Isabelle, Brendan Provost, Jade and Jenna Yebernetsky.
