Edward J. O'Leary Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward J. O'Leary of West Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 16, 2022 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edward J. O'Leary to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander O'Leary and Catherine O'Leary (Sweeney); his wife Marie O'Leary (O'Neill); his sisters, Eleanor Quinn (James), Clare Mielke (John) and Rosemary Myers Cramer (Hal); his sister-in-law Eileen O'Neill; and also Martin E. O'Neill.
He is survived by: his uncle Sam; his daughters, Eileen O'Leary Sullivan (Peter Sullivan) and Susan O'Leary Mulhern (Atty); his grandchildren, Peter Sullivan (Jaime), Jamie Cardoza Boyle (Brendan), Martin Cardoza (Abbey), Bridgette Sullivan, Arthur Mulhern (Megan), Eddy Mulhern (Kat), Liam Mulhern, Maggy Mulhern, David Rigali Jr. Christina (Lynsey) and Shauna Rigali; and his great grandchildren, Peter, Samantha Sullivan, Evan, Colin, Olivia Boyle, Ivy, Autumn, EJ Mac, Cardoza, Adam, Jackson Newsome, Eagan Mulhern, Francis Mulhern, Dylan, Harvey, Julian Freeman and Jordyn Ayala.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Edward O'Leary may be made to the Edward and Marie Endowed Scholarship established at the College of Our Lady of the Elms.
