He is survived by: his children, Cristina Powell and Matthew Thompson; his mother Donna Gauthier (Welch); his brothers, Jason Powell of West Springfield and Wesley Powell of West Springfield; and his grandchildren, Ariellah Sanchez, Amyha Martinez and Nyziel Fernandez.
