It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Weaver of West Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 23, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles H. Weaver; her children, Michael Weaver and Linda Hank; and her son-in-law Glenn Hastings. She is survived by: her children, Andrew (Angela Weaver) of Westfield and Elizabeth Hastings of Royalston, MA; her children-in-law, Mark Hank of Reading, MA and Melanie Weaver of Melrose, MA; her grandchildren, Benjamin, Ryan, Emily, Josh, Jake Weaver, Sara and Zack Hank; her great grandchild Pasleigh Wilson; her stepgrandson Jesse Lestings; her son Rolf Kratz (Antje); and her grandchildren, Robert and Jan of Dusseldorf Germany.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Curran-Jones Funeral Home - West Springfield (109 Main St, West Springfield, MA 01089). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
