He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Turner II; and his former wife Sharon Paige. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Turner (Powers); his brother James Turner (Carole Turner); his daughters, Wendy Browning (Stephen) of West Springfield and Carla Tacke (Andrew) of Huntington; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Christopher Jones, Ryan and Ashley Tacke.
