She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay O'Sullivan and Carol Ann O'Sullivan (Gelinas). She is survived by: her children, Robert Westbrook Jr. of Ware, Kayla Fielding (Christopher) of Ware and Christopher Scully; her siblings, Neil O'Sullivan of Northampton, Len Stanley (Susan) of Coon Rapids, MN, Kim Clark (Scott) of Feeding Hills and Dale O'Sullivan of Springfield; and her grandchildren, Kara Lee, Ashlynn, Nevaeh and Jaydin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Toomey-O'Brien Funeral Home (1043 Westfield St, West Springfield, MA 01089). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St Judes Children's Hospital 501 St Jude Place Memphis TN 38105-1942.
