Lawrence W. Redmond Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence W. Redmond of West Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Redmond and Marion Redmond (Robinson); his son Lawrence W. (Redmond, Jr.); his brothers, Robert Redmond, Keith Redmond and Edward Redmond; his brother-in-law William R. Anderson, Sr.; and his nephew Timothy J. Redmond.
He is survived by: his significant other Maureen R. LaFleche of West Springfield; his children, Brian W. LaFleche (Michele Thompson) of Springfield, Tracey L. Smith (Shawn) of West Springfield, Kimberly Redmond and Christy Foley of West Springfield; his grandchildren, Kaylie LaFleche, Kelsie LaFleche, Jonathan Thompson, Brianna LaFleche and Shawn LaFleche; his great grandchildren, Ivan LaFleche, Ellie Reyes and Xzavier Rivera; his siblings, Michael Redmond (Chris) of Granby, Donna Redmond Fitzgerald (Daniel Fitzgerald) of Springfield and Marilyn Redmond Anderson of West Springfield; and his sister-in-law Beatrice M.. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Pierre - Phaneuf Springfield Chapels (7 Chapin Terrace, Springfield, MA 01107). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
