He is survived by: his parents, Halina Samek (Skowron) and Stanislaw Samek; his wife Emily; his son Maximillian; his sister Joanna Mahoney of Suffield; his brother-in-law David; his sister Agnieszka Kowal of Southwick; his brother-in-law Darek; his niece Angelica; his brother Krzysztof Samek of Belchertown; his sister-in-law Marzena; and his niece Veronica.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Southwick Forastiere Funeral & Cremation (624 College Hwy, Southwick, MA 01077).
