He is survived by: his parents, Wilhelmena Wolk (Miotk) of Orangeburg, NY and Joseph Wolk; his wife Maureen Wolk (Ferrell); his daughter Colleen Judd (Wolk); his grandchildren, Matthew and Alannah of Westfield; his son Kevin Wolk (Sara); his grandchildren, Ava and Mackenzie of Mint Hill, NC; his daughter Meghan Hibner (Calvin); his grandchild Madison of West Springfield; his son Michael Wolk (Katie Carey); his granddaughters, Maya and Josephine of Florence; his daughter Maura Piazza (Joe) of Denver, CO.; and his sisters, Darleen Cudney (Wolk) of Suffern, NY and Wilhelmina Murphy (Wolk) of Mission Viejo, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Michael's name to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
