He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson West, Sr. and Margaret Kane (Dvorchak). He is survived by: his girlfriend Laura Parent; his sister Pamela Brown (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Stefanie Hersom (Skip), Thomas West and Michael West; his nieces and nephews, Emily, Delaney, Sydney, Logan, Shaun and Zachary; his great-niece Charlotte; and his great-nephews, Bradley and Bennett.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
