He was predeceased by: his father Joseph; his wife Ghislaine Fahey (Willett); his daughter Theresa Fahey; and his sister Donna Baxter (Lawrence). He is survived by: his close friend Janet McDonald; his daughters, Lisa M. Fahey, Spfld and Lynne A. Holloway (Christopher) of Agawam; his grandson Max Holloway; and his sisters, Patricia Toulouse (Ray Hiltpold), Nancy Jawitz and Sandra Pyne (Douglas). He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law.
