He was predeceased by: his former wife Rita Kwiatkowski (Dighello); his wife Kathleen Kelly-Kwiatkowski; and his siblings, Thomas, Larry and Virginia Gilbert.
He is survived by: his children, David Kwiatkowski (Debra) of West Springfield and Nancy Valego of Southampton. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
