She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Bevilacqua (Bill Webb) of Conowingo, MD, Barb Rizzo (Vin) of Westfield and Chris Cosby (Chris) of West Springfield; her grandchildren, Tony Bevilacqua (Michelle), Anne McDonnell (Jim Hussey), Andrea Rizzo, Vinnie Rizzo, Dom Rizzo (Katie) and Pete Rizzo (Alexandria); and her caregiver Karen Stober. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
