He is survived by: his wife Denise DellaGuistina; his sons, Conor (Traci) of Feeding Hills and Justin (Amy) of Southwick; his brothers, Kenny of West Springfield and Philip of West Springfield; his grandchildren, Ivy and Kelsey (Regina Martin); and his stepson Gabriel Guistina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
