We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2022, at the age of 89, Theresa A. Borkosky of West Springfield, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Lena Cincotta (Santispirto); her husband David T. Borkosky; and her brothers, Joseph, Leo, Felix, Louie and Manuel.

She is survived by: her children, David, Cindy and Dennis; her sisters-in-law, Lucy and Laura Cincotta; and her friends, Laurie, Winnie, Sue, Ann, Marylyn, Kathleen and Phyllis. She is also survived by 5 granddaughters, 7 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Terry's name may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of New England, 650 Suffolk St., Suite 405, Lowell, MA 01854-3694.
